Clark County, Ohio percussion long rifle, approximately .45 caliber, the barrel inscribed J. Clippinger, cherry stock, having an engraved three-piece brass patch box, brass medallion on cheek rest with engraved star, brass oval thumb escutcheon, crescent butt plate and trigger guard, the lock plate inscribed Riddle, with foliate accents, 41 3/4" octagonal barrel.

Condition:Overall good condition, stock heavily refinished, some handling marks to stock, loss to stock behind hammer, weak main spring.
